What we collect
When you ask for a price on this page we collect what you give us: your name, mobile, email if you add one, the suburb and date of the job, what the job is and anything you write in the message box. If you start typing and stop before sending, we keep what you typed so we can still help with the job.
Why we collect it
To price and book your traffic control and to call you back about it. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How this page measures our advertising
- ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI). If you arrive from one of our ads in ChatGPT, OpenAI's measurement tag notes that your visit came from the ad. When you send an enquiry, we tell OpenAI that an enquiry was made, with your contact details scrambled (hashed) first, so OpenAI can count which ads lead to enquiries. OpenAI does not receive your message or job details.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These record how visitors use this page (pages viewed, taps, scrolling, and in Clarity's case a replay of the visit) so we can improve it. Google's and Microsoft's own privacy policies apply.
- Our own visit records. We record how visitors use this page (which buttons are tapped, how far people scroll, which job and area they pick) to improve it. These records are not used to identify you.
- Google reCAPTCHA checks that enquiries come from people, not robots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply.
